Perfluoro and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFASs) are widely used for their water-repellent and heat-resistant properties, but their persistence, bioaccumulation, and toxicity are also seen as problematic. PFAS regulation varies worldwide, with some countries restricting certain PFAS compounds, while others are expanding monitoring, reporting, and drinking water standards.
This product includes MRM conditions for 124 PFAS components, together with ready-to-use analytical methods corresponding to eight official methods.
It also provides a comprehensive solution for developing new PFAS analytical methods by combining the extensive database with LabSolutions Connect MRM.

Includes Ready-to-Use Analytical Methods Compliant with Eight Official Methods

This product includes optimized LC/MS/MS analysis method files for the following official methods: EPA 533, EPA 537.1, EPA 1633A, ISO 21675:2019, DB32/T 4004-2021, ASTM D7968-23, ASTM D7979-20, and ASTM D8421-22. Analysis can begin immediately using the prescribed column and conditions, eliminating the method development and optimization typically required for HPLC separations.

The LC/MS/MS PFAS database contains optimized MRM transitions and acquisition parameters for PFAS analysis across environmental, food, and related matrices.
The database contains MRM acquisition parameters for 80 target analytes and 44 internal standards, including optimized transitions and collision voltages.

Supports Method Development Using LabSolutions Connect MRM

The analyte acquisition parameters included in this product can be managed using LabSolutions Connect MRM (optional). By importing a text file containing target analyte information, LabSolutions Connect MRM automatically retrieves the required data from the database, enabling easy creation of new analytical methods. This product includes both a database file (.db) and a searchable text file (.csv). The database can be customized to meet specific analytical needs, making it suitable for PFAS analysis across a wide range of application fields.
