CellTune extracts parameters to be optimized (e.g., culture media components) from large datasets, such as from LC–MS analyses of culture supernatants, and proposes optimal values using an AI model. It enables efficient exploration and identification of optimal conditions from the vast combinations of experimental parameters involved in cell culture.
