Next-Generation Culturing Optimization Enabled by AI
To achieve bioproduction that is both cost-efficient and high in quality, it is important to optimize parameters, such as the culture medium composition and culturing environment. However, the vast number of possible parameter combinations makes comprehensive optimization difficult.
CellTune, software designed to support the optimization of cell culture conditions, uses statistical analysis to identify culture-medium components requiring optimization and proposes optimized conditions*1 for the selected components. This approach enables efficient optimization of culturing parameters regardless of operator experience or expertise level.
Precautions:
Users may only use the software for their own benefit and may not use it to benefit third parties*2.
- In addition to culture medium components, parameters for the culturing environment, such as the incubation temperature and shaking speed, can be optimized.
- This includes, but is not limited to, using the software for providing services to third parties.
