Multi-Instrument Data Registration
Integrate and Manage a Variety of Analytical Instruments
By using the optional Multi-Instrument Data Registration feature, LabSolutions™ DB/CS can automatically save analytical data, sample information related to the data, information on qualitative and quantitative results, and PDF reports from various non-Shimadzu analytical instruments in a LabSolutions database. This enables the creation of reports that combine results from different analytical instruments and enables the ability to create data archives and backups. It also allows for the automatic transfer of data in a unified format to a LIMS or other informatics system.
The Multi-Instrument Data Registration option supports efficient and secure integrated data management, tailored to laboratory operations.
Note: For details on the analytical instruments supported, contact your Shimadzu representative.

The Mechanism of Multi-Instrument Data Registration
Analytical data output from analytical instruments (such as text files, Excel*1 files, and PDF files) can be automatically extracted to capture result information. The extracted sample details, along with qualitative and quantitative results information, can be registered in the LabSolutions database together with raw data files and report files.
