Column Oven
CTO-20A Column Oven

The CTO-20A is a forced air-circulation-type column oven. It can regulate the temperature in a range going from 10 deg. C above room temperature to 85 deg. C. The CTO-20AC, using an electronic cooler, can regulate the temperature in a large range going from 10 deg. C below room temperature to 85 deg. C. In addition to the column, various other parts and units can be accommodated, including a manual injector, gradient mixer, high-pressure flow-line selection valves, a conductivity-detection cell block, and a reaction coil.

Multiple Analytical Techniques For Carotenoid Analysis In Capsicum Cultivars
Carotenoids and their derivatives are versatile isoprenoids based on a C40 tetraterpenoid skeleton and play a vital role in plants and animals, but, due to their high variability in the chemical structures, isomerization, poor stability and lack of commercially available standards, their identication in real samples is a challenging task.

An Improvement in Preparative SFC Efficiency Utilizing Online SFE-SFC System as a “Solid Autosampler”
Preparative SFC is a groundbreaking separation and purification technology. It has a number of advantages in comparison to preparative LC including simplified posttreatment, shorter analysis times, and different separation selectivity. With preparative SFC, the injection of large sample volumes is often required in order to increase the recovered amount.
