Energy-Conservation Unit for Servopulser Hydraulic Power Supply Unit
Up to 50 % energy savings. Contributes to reduced CO2 emissions and lower running costs. The conventional hydraulic power supply unit for fatigue and endurance tests is always driven at full power to achieve the maximum test force and maximum velocity and the hydraulic power supply unit is selected in order to satisfy the maximum test performance. Therefore, depending on the test conditions, energy is excessively consumed. With the ECU Series the motor rotational speed and the supply pressure of the hydraulic power supply unit can be set in multiple stages, so energy savings of up to about 50% can be achieved depending on the test conditions and test circumstances. It is used in combination with the Servo Controller 4830. (The Servo Controller 4830 is provided separately.) * Appearance and specifications are subject to change without notice.
A conventional hydraulic power supply unit for fatigue and endurance testing machines runs continuously at full power to be able to generate the maximum test force and test speed...
The Eco Unit reduces the power from the hydraulic power supply unit according to the test conditions and circumstances to save energy.
The hydraulic power supply unit runs...
Thsi tool simulates the reduction in running costs, such as power consumption, CO2 emissions using the ECU Series as compared to your servopulser hydraulic power supply unit.

Latest issue of Shimadzu Journal, featuring Materials Science, has come out.
This issue focuses on Materials Science particularly on lithium-ion batteries (LiBs). It starts with two customer interviews in which users discuss their relationship with Shimadzu.
Hydrogen Energy Analysis Solutions for Quality Control of Hydrogen
Impurities in hydrogen production affect subsequent industrial processes. Strict purity standards have been defined for hydrogen used in fuel cells (ISO 14687-2019). This is because if hydrogen contains carbon monoxide, sulfur components, etc., the catalyst of the fuel cell will be damaged. The hydrogen fuel standard for FCVs (ISO 14687 TypeII GradeD) defines many items to be controlled, and Shimadzu analytical instruments can play a role in analyzing these items.

Shimadzu has released the MIV-X Ultrasonic Optical Flaw Detector
The MIV-X visualizes and digitizes flaws (peeling, cracks, and voids) in parts and multi-materials in aircraft, automobiles, and electrical and electronic equipment using our proprietary ultrasonic optical flaw detection technology, which acquires an image of the propagation of ultrasonic on the surface of an object.
Shimadzu has released TRAPEZIUM SATELLITE Testing Machine Remote Monitoring System
Shimadzu announces the release of TRAPEZIUM SATELLITE, a remote monitoring system for testing machines. This system enables the remote assessment of test conditions by checking instrument images using a USB camera and operating status data obtained from the fatigue testing machine.
