Using the polychromator measurement principle, this optical spectrum analyzer (OSA) captures spectral data (wavelength and intensity) at multiple wavelengths in real time.
Visualizing transient laser behavior helps shorten measurement time and enables anomaly detection.

  • Simultaneous Multi-Wavelength Measurements and Real-Time Measurements
    Since the image sensor simultaneously acquires spectra in a certain wavelength range, spectral behavior can be captured.
     
  • No precision alignment required
    Since high wavelength resolution is achieved despite multimode fiber, measurement can be performed without fine optical adjustment.
    *The InGaAs type also supports single-mode fiber input.

Line Up

Two model types are available: Si type (UV/VIS/NIR) and InGaAs type (NIR/SWIR).

Si type

・Wavelength range: 185–1095 nm
・High-speed measurement with wavelength resolution: ≦ 40 pm

InGaAs type

・Wavelength range: 950–1700 nm
・High-speed measurement with wavelength resolution: ≦ 50 pm
・High dynamic range measurement (up to 60 dB) is available as an option.
