On October 21, 2020, Shimadzu Corporation was certified as an “Eco-First Company” by the Minister of the Environment of Japan, becoming the first company in the precision equipment industry to receive this recognition.
The Eco-First Program requires companies to make voluntary commitments to the Minister of the Environment to achieve environmental goals.
